ICBAN, together with a small team from Queen’s University Belfast are conducting a fourth round of a research project on the impacts of Brexit for people living and working in the Central Border Region.« Back to News
With the Brexit transition period having ended in December 2020, we invite you to complete a 15-minute survey on the impacts of Brexit and the NI Protocol that you have observed and experienced in the Central Border Region.
We welcome responses from anyone living or working in the areas of Armagh City Banbridge and Craigavon; Cavan; Donegal; Fermanagh and Omagh; Leitrim; Mid Ulster; Monaghan; and Sligo.
The survey opened on Monday 19th April and will close on Monday 14th June 2021.
The Irish Central Border Area Network (ICBAN) Ltd – the cross-border group of local authorities for the Central Border Region – together with a small team from Queen’s University Belfast are conducting a fourth round of a research project on the impacts of Brexit for people living and working in this Region.
This initiative follows on from a series of previous research, the report from the latest of which, ‘The Border into Brexit’, was published in late 2019.
We are keen to gather responses from the widest possible group of people from the Central Border Region and we are particularly interested in hearing the views of younger and older people, and women. The purpose of the study is to create an opportunity for the voices of local people on both sides of the border to be heard.
A series of thematic focus groups are also planned for June 2021. If you are interested in attending, please use the link below to register:
