At an ICBAN Management Board meeting held on 06^th July 2023, Councillor Allan Rainey MBE of Fermanagh & Omagh District Council was elected as Chair of ICBAN for the remainder of the 2022/23 term. Councillor Rainey has previously been a Board Member and Chair of the organisation and in accepting his role, said he was looking forward to working with his colleagues across the border again, to help improve the prosperity of those living and working in the Central Border Region.
